First Summer: Building Community
For rising sophomores, scholars live together in one of four domestic sites (New Orleans, LA; Whiteburg, KY; Cleveland, MS; and Atlanta, GA). They have individual internships in local organizations and collective cultural and social experiences.

Second Summer: Exploration
Beginning this year, rising juniors have three choices for the exploration summer: (1) participate in an established cultural immersion group program in South Africa or Argentina, (2) design and submit a proposal for an individual exploration experience, and (3) participate in a team project assignment in Kolata, India.

Third Summer: Act on a Passion
Scholars use their third summer to begin to synthesize their college experience and "create their personal story" that connects their passions and accomplishments - academic and leadership.
