Robertson Scholars represent the best and brightest students from the United States and abroad. Although they had many other exceptional options for undergraduate study, they chose the Robertson Scholars Program because they felt that it could best prepare them to make an impact on their world and become tomorrow's leaders.
They are part of a strong community that comes together for shared academic and personal enrichment at the first-year dinners, in the Colloquium and the Senior Capstone Seminar, and during their summer experiences. They also can be found conducting research in a laboratory, performing with musical and theater groups, serving meals in soup kitchens, playing on varsity sports teams, leading existing campus organizations and forming new ones.
Although they are diverse in their interests, backgrounds and perspectives, they form a collection of individuals who are intellectually curious, committed to service, and adventurous in spirit. The Robertson Scholars Program creates a true community of Scholars in the classroom, on the campuses, and in the communities they serve.
